2. Meaning of some terms

If you are a 2HUB Customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter, according to 2HUB's internal policies, as well as for the period of the limitation period for each of the legal relationships carried out.
If the applicable law establishes certain terms for the retention of information, then the data will be retained for the entire period required by law.
For each data processing for other purposes, reasonable data retention terms will be established that do not exceed the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of the respective processing.
If you wish to have your Personal Data no longer processed or if you wish to have your data deleted, you can exercise your rights detailed in section 10 below.
If you withdraw your consent for the processing of Personal Data for marketing purposes, 2HUB will stop processing your Personal Data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by 2HUB based on the consent expressed by you before its withdrawal.

The right to request the deletion of Personal Data (“the right to be forgotten”):
